TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-  Certificate valid year-round with limited blackout dates – Christmas and New Year’s weeks.

-  Certificate has no expiration date, however, should this certificate not be redeemed within 1 year from date of issue, the certificate reverts to a credit in the amount of the face value of certificate at time of purchase.

-  Certificate is upgradable at time of redemption, directly with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Any additional costs incurred to upgrade would be at the certificate recipient’s expense and due in full at time of booking.

-  Certificate is transferrable.

-  Airfare, ground transportation, The Shore Collection tours, Specialty Dining in S.E.A., the Ritz Kids sessions and incidentals are not included.

-  Certificate is non-refundable once issued and is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS:
