TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-  Certificate valid year-round with limited blackout dates – President’s week, Easter and Passover week, Thanksgiving week and December 20 through January 3.

-  Certificate has no expiration date, however, should this certificate not be redeemed within 1 year from date of issue, the certificate reverts to a credit in the amount of the face value of certificate at time of purchase.

-  Certificate is upgradable at time of redemption, directly with Paradisus Palma Real.  Any additional costs incurred to upgrade would be at the certificate recipient’s expense and due in full at time of bookings.

-  Certificate is transferrable.

-  Airfare, transfers, and incidentals are not included.

-  Certificate is non-refundable once issued and is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
