-  Certificate has no expiration date, however, should this certificate not be redeemed within 1 year from date of issue, the certificate reverts to a credit in the amount of the face value of certificate at time of purchase.

-  Certificate is upgradable at time of redemption, directly with Paradisus Los Cabos.  Any additional costs incurred to upgrade would be at the certificate recipient’s expense and due in full at time of bookings.

-  Certificate is transferrable.

-  Airfare, transfers, and incidentals are not included.

-  Certificate is non-refundable once issued and is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
